Our Approach

We think it's pretty simple -- money matters.  It matters to our clients, and it matters to our talent.  We have found that top talent is just as price sensitive, if not more than, our top clients.  We have built a digital company to get out of the way and let supply and demand solve the talent problem.  Times are changing, so we built a business in The Cloud. 
Don't get us wrong, there are some things that don't change.  There is a lot of hard work that happens behind the scenes.  Cultivating a ready talent supply requires substantial financial and time investments, and most importantly, good old fashioned grit. But it does not require huge investments in things that don't create value for our clients or our talent.

We built a digital staffing company in The Cloud to reduce operating expenses and gain a competitive advantage.  Our compensation and bill rate model follows a supply and demand curve to ensure clients and employees maximize their value at the point of equilibrium. 
We built a digital company, but we operate in a people business.  People are unique.  People have questions.  Life happens in business.  We manage the pressures of staffing by over-communicating with our clients and talent to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved.
When we are faced with difficult decisions, we keep it simple: If what I did was on the front page of the New York Times, would I be proud to show it to my parents?
